Climate Workers Anonymous

If you work in climate, you spend a lot of your life projecting strength. Buyers need to believe you’ll be here in a decade. Investors need the curve to only go up and to the right. So the hard parts: the doubt about your own pathway, the heresy you’d never say on a panel, the secret loathing for a corporate partner… all get carried alone. Everyone walks the same conference floor quietly assuming they’re the only one struggling.

This is where you put it down.

Climate Workers Anonymous is PostSecret for the climate industry. You send the thing you can’t say without your name on it. I read it and I publish it as audio and text. The premise is simple: send me the real version, and I’ll get it out there.

A note on anonymity, because it matters: this industry is a small village, and a single specific detail can give you away even with no name on it. And never send any information you wouldn’t want exposed.

Submit anonymously here or send (from an email address not linked to you) an email to climateworkersanonymous@protonmail.com.

Thanks so much for your support!

Sincerely,

Ross Kenyon
